i had really bad cramp yesterday.

i bit my pillow/blanket.

i kicked my softtoy.

i punched my fist on bed.

i was in cold sweat.

i was scolding nonsence the whole time.

i couldn sleep

then i quickly ran to my bag

and grabbed my last two pink pills

and pop into mouth

and hurried back bed to sleep

after two/three hours of struggling

with the pain.

wad a afternoon.

the last time i had this really bad one

was months ago

at night.

my cycle started changing

after concert period.

it delayed and delayed.

and the pain got much more intense.

and yup.

the usual.

"got that bad not"

hey, you know

i dont mind

trading my body with you for that one cramp day

and lets see how you survive then.

anyway,

im still having slight one today.

my dad nagged me

for having cold drinks.

he meant good

but i cant stop drinking.

does it really works?

if i quit on cold-stuffs

and i wont have cramp anymore.

i just want it to disappear from me, my body, my life.

i hate cramps.
