they are 3 different types of leaders.
1) leave the job to everyone else except him.
2) ask for opinion, share, discuss work together.
3) one man show; i say, you listen full-stop.

many people in this world dont appreciate small little gestures
by their surrounding people.
even when they have lost them,
they dont feel a bit remorseful
because they believe someone will replace them.
they are often picky with their stuffs, friends, relationship, work etc
basically everything is never perfect for them.
yes
there's always room for improvement.
but everyone is imperfect-THAT IS A FACT.
and its hard to accept everyone for who they are
thats why one tend to avoid crossing path
in order to not be hurt or have any further bad impression.
you can choose a job. choose your boyfriend/girlfriend, your friends-circle.
but you cant choose your family
even how much you hate them
or how yucky they are.

i used to doubt my friendship with joey.
i used to suspect if she would tell someone else
my secrets.
gossip with others bout me.
backstabbed me.
i worry bout every single little tiny bits.
i went to tell her how i feel.
cause i care bout this friendship.
i dont want it to end in
the same way as all my secondary-friendships that ended.
she assured me.
she's really sweet to me.
trust.
is not one day or few days thing.
its takes time.
it also takes time to understand someone.
to love someone.
to shower her with care concern love wadever i have.
to being true to myself.
she gave me the time.
to slowly build my trust.
bond our friendship tighter.
even if i pushed her away
when i was moody.
even if i threw my temper on her over frankie.
even if i cant be there for her when she needed someone to hug.
even if she cries at night.
even if we didnt talk for one day.
that linkage.
between us.

faith in our friendship.
i felt neglected few times.

we were afraid that we will drift apart.

when your phone line died or something.
we didnt talk for days.
it felt very weird
cause we msg like every single day without fail
it starts with simple qns

and it goes on and on.
HAHA.
when we get back to talking.
we msged lesser.
den i told her i felt..sad or something.
den slowly again.
we take out time to build back
and here we are.
msging each other more each day.

we dont get bored
it was a miracle.

different people shower their love differently.

i shall either stop it and simply ignore you
or continue loving you yet being pushed away by you.

my dad used to tell me.
"as you grow older, your circle of friends tend to grow smaller"

my friends are getting fewer each year.
and my trust are getting lesser each year.
if one day
i lose frankie.
i'd just lose a guy.
whom i really really trust alot
though i like to argue with him.

after so many ups and downs,
frankie is still the only one.
i really want in my heart.
we may not meant to be for one another
but it doesnt stop us from being together.

but i dont want people to be mean to me.

there's a saying that always say

things dont always goes the flow.
when youre nice
they will still be mean to you.

you have to decide
whether to stop being nice
or continue being taken advantage.
